PPVC has formed a partnership with the Industrial Research Institute (IRI) in which Project Portfolio Management certification masterclasses are offered in the U.S. Our intentions are to achieve the following:- Introduce newcomers to the fundamental principles of the discipline of Project Portfolio Management.
- Describe and train participants in cutting edge methodologies and techniques supported by masked industry case studies.
- Provide instruction in the use of Project Portfolio Management software in the form of the DecisionTools Suite from Palisade Corporation.
- While supporting traditional industry processes and methodologies, provide alternatives for participants to enhance informed decision-making and maximize enterprise portfolio value.
- Provide rigorous testing of the knowledge and skill levels of participants that could result in certification in the discipline of Project Portfolio Management.
